Justine Palframan (born November 4, 1993 in Pietermaritzburg ) is a South African sprinter .

At the 2013 World Athletics Championships , she was eliminated over 200 m in the preliminary run. In the same year she won bronze at the Universiade with the 4 x 400 meter relay .

In 2014 she was fourth over 200 m and sixth over 400 m at the African Athletics Championships in Marrakech . At the Athletics Continental Cup in Marrakech , she was disqualified in the 4 x 100 meter relay with the African team.

In 2015 she won the 400 m at the Universiade in Gwangju . At the World Cup in Beijing she reached the semi-finals over 200 m and failed over 400 m . In 2016 she won the African Championships in Durban with the 4 x 400 meter relay and finished fourth in the 200 m. Two months later she competed in the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro over 200 m and over 400 m, but was eliminated in each case in the preliminary run.

At the Universiade 2017 in Taipei she won the silver medal over 400 m behind the Pole Małgorzata Hołub . In 2019, she finished fifth at the Africa Games with the 4 x 400 meter relay.
