The KPS AG is a corporation founded in 2000, consulting firm based in Unterföhring in Munich . The company specializes in strategy, process, application and technology consulting in the retail and consumer goods sectors and has offices in Europe and the USA .

Companies

KPS was founded in 2000 by four ex- IBM and ex-Plaut managers. In 2007 the company was converted from a reverse takeover of Haitec and Autinform AG into the KPS AG corporation. KPS AG's headquarters are in Unterföhring near Munich . In 2013, KPS took over the SAP division of Didas Business Service GmbH. In 2014, KPS merged with the e-commerce service provider getit Gesellschaft für Technologie- und Informationstransfer mbH (since September 2016: KPS digital GmbH). In December 2016, the Danish subsidiary KPS Consulting A / S took over Saphira Consulting A / S, based in Virum, Copenhagen. With the acquisition of ICE Consultants Europe SL, a leading Spanish SAP management consultancy, KPS is further expanding its position as a leading management consultancy for digital transformation in Europe. Effective October 2, 2017, ICE will become a wholly owned subsidiary of KPS AG. On December 17, 2017, KPS AG took over the Hamburg-based strategy consultancy Infront Consulting & Management.

Infront is a consulting boutique for digital strategy and transformation in German-speaking countries. The innovation award of Wirtschaftswoche in 2016, 2017 and 2018, twice in a row the “Hidden Champion” award for digitization of Capital and WGMB as well as the inclusion in the list of the “Best Consultants” at brandEins in 2016, 2017 and 2018 get the company. As an independent brand, Infront Consulting provides strategy consulting on the topic of digital transformation within the group. On February 12, 2018, KPS AG took over the British digital agency Envoy Digital Ltd. based in Wimbledon. Envoy Digital specializes in consulting in e-commerce and digital marketing. Both Infront Consulting and Envoy Digital became wholly owned subsidiaries of KPS AG with effect from October 2, 2018.

KPS has another five locations in Germany as well as branches in Denmark , the Netherlands , Great Britain, Austria , Switzerland , the USA and also in Spain . With 6th place on the Lünendonk list, KPS is one of the leading German consulting firms. The KPS share is listed in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and can be traded on the Berlin-Bremen, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich and Stuttgart stock exchanges as well as on Xetra.

Services

KPS specializes in business transformation. KPS advises companies on strategy development for digital and omnichannel transformation, process optimization and application and technology evaluation through to implementation and implementation. KPS covers classic merchandise management, commerce and digital customer management as well as digital marketing. KPS optimizes, integrates and implements processes and software solutions for merchandise management, stationary and e-commerce business, wholesale, in the areas of mobility and personalization as well as supply chain, warehouse management, production, logistics including finance and controlling, analytics and enterprise performance management. KPS maintains strategic partnerships with SAP (SAP Gold Partner), Intershop (Premium Partner) and Adobe (Business Partner).
