Kalyny ( Ukrainian Калини ; Russian Калины Kaliny , Slovak Kaliny , Hungarian Alsókálinfalva ) is a village in the Ukrainian Zakarpattia Oblast with about 5800 inhabitants (2004).

The village, first mentioned in writing at the beginning of the 15th century, forms an independent district council in the Tyachiv district .

Kalyny is located in the Carpathian Forest in the historical Maramureș region in the Tereswa Valley , a tributary of the Tisza, not far from the urban-type Dubowe settlement . The Rajonzentrum Tyachiv is located 32 km southwest and Oblastzentrum Uzhhorod 170 km northwest of Kalyny. The T-07-28 territorial road and the Tereswatal forest railway run through the village .
