Kanae Itō (2017)

Kanae Itō ( Japanese 伊藤 か な 恵 , Itō Kanae ; born November 26, 1986 in Nagano Prefecture ) is a Japanese voice actress ( seiyū ) and singer. She is under contract as a voice actress with the Aoni Production agency and as a singer with Lantis .

Career

As a middle school student, she admired Junko Takeuchi on their radio show Hunter × Hunter R for the anime Hunter × Hunter and wanted to become like this voice actress. Then, after graduating from high school, she began training as a voice actress at the Amusement Media Sōgō Gakuin ( ア ミ ュ ー ズ メ ン ト メ デ ィ ア nach 総 合 学院 ), which offers various training courses for work in the entertainment industry, and graduated in 2007.

During her training she was part of two short-lived dubbing groups: Koetchi ( こ え っ ち ), which broke up in November 2005, and from which the group re: l @ ch: cci .. ( り ら ち っ ち , Rirachitchi ) was formed in February 2006 . Together with their fellow group Yumika Osaka, Ayaka Ochi, Reina Kawazu, Miho Kurita and Wakana Shimazu, they sang the closing titles for drama Gekito! Idol Yobikō ( 激 闘! ア イ ド ル 予 備 校 ), which was released in August 2006 as the single Peach Days ( ピ ー チ DAYS , Pīchi Days ), and received their first roles in the anime Bakegyamon as part of an internship . Kanae Itō spoke the role of a nameless girl. January 2007 the group broke up again.

Her breakthrough came with her second role in the anime Shugo Chara! in which she starred as Amu Hinamori. This series had several sequels and adaptations as computer games and radio plays until 2010. In addition, other leading roles in other series followed.

In 2009 she also played an acting role in the television series Yōjū Mameshiba and started a singing career as a soloist with the Lantis label . By May 2011 she released five singles and in November 2011 her first album.
