The Canton Castres-Nord was by 2015 a French constituency in Arrondissement of Castres in the Tarn department of the region Midi-Pyrenees . The main town was Castres . Michel Monsarrat ( UMP ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Département from 1989 to 2015 .
