The Canton of Albi-Nord-Est was 2015 a French canton in the Arrondissement Albi , in the Tarn department of the region Midi-Pyrenees . The main town was Albi . Thierry Carcenac ( PS ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Department from 1985 to 2015 .
