The Canton Carmaux North was until 2015 a French constituency in Arrondissement Albi , in the Tarn in the region Midi-Pyrenees . The main town was Carmaux . Serge Entraygues ( PCF ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Département from 2001 to 2015 .
