The Canton Castres-Ouest was 2015 a French constituency in Arrondissement of Castres in the Tarn in the region Midi-Pyrenees . The main town was Castres . Louis Cazals ( PS ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Département from 2008 to 2015 .
