The Canton of Albi-Nord-Ouest was 2015 a French canton in Albi , in the Tarn department of the region Midi-Pyrenees . The main town was Albi . Roland Foissac ( PCF ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Département from 1998 to 2015 .
