The Canton Carmaux-Sud was 2015 a French constituency in Arrondissement Albi , in the Tarn and the region Midi-Pyrenees . The main town was Carmaux . André Fabre ( PS ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Département from 2008 to 2015 .

In 1973 the former canton of Carmaux was divided into the cantons of Carmaux-Nord and Carmaux-Sud.
