Milhavet is a French commune with 86 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Tarn department in the Occitanie region (before 2016: Midi-Pyrénées ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Albi and the canton of Albi-3 (until 2015: canton of Albi-Nord-Ouest ).

Milhavet is about 14 kilometers northwest of the center of Albi on the edge of the Cevennes Mountains. Milhavet is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Livers-Cazelles in the north and northwest, Virac in the east and Villeneuve-sur-Vère in the south and west.
