Cestayrols is a French commune with 466 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Tarn department in the Occitanie region . Cestayrols belongs to the Arrondissement of Albi and the Canton of Les Deux Rives (until 2015: Canton Gaillac ). The inhabitants are called Cestayrolais .

geography

Cestayrols is located about 60 kilometers northeast of Toulouse and about 13 kilometers west-northwest of Albi on the river Vère . Cestayrols is surrounded by the neighboring communities Noailles in the north, Villeneuve-sur-Vère in the northeast, Castanet in the east, Bernac in the southeast, Fayssac in the south, Cazuhac in the west and Donnazac in the northwest.
