Lédas-et-Penthiès is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Just-sur-Viaur in the north, Lédergues in the east and northeast, Faussergues in the southeast, Padiès in the south and southwest, Lacapelle-Pinet in the west and Tréban in the northwest.
