Sieurac is about 19 kilometers south-southwest of Albi . Sieurac is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Orban in the north, Lombers in the east, Laboutarie in the south and south-east, Montdragon in the south, Labessière-Candeil in the west and Lasgraisses in the west and north-west.
