Saint-Urcisse ( Occitan : Sent Orsesi ) is a southern French municipality with 212 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Tarn department in the Occitania region (before 2016: Midi-Pyrénées ). The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Albi and the Canton of Vignobles et Bastides (until 2015: Canton Salvagnac ).

location

Saint-Urcisse is located about 48 kilometers north-northeast of Toulouse and about 22 kilometers southeast of Montauban on the Tescou , which borders the municipality in the southeast. Saint-Urcisse is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Montdurausse in the north and north-west, La Sauzière-Saint-Jean in the east and north-east, Montgaillard in the south and Verlhac-Tescou in the west.
