Crespin ( identical in Occitan ) is a French commune with 131 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Tarn department in the Occitania region (before 2016: Midi-Pyrénées ). Crespin belongs to the arrondissement of Albi and the canton of Carmaux-1 Le Ségala (until 2015: canton of Valderiès ).

Crespin is located about 17 kilometers northeast of Albi . The Cérou limits the municipality to the south. Crespin is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Moularès in the north, Montauriol in the north and northeast, Lacapelle-Pinet in the northeast, Padiès in the east, Andouque in the south and Saint-Jean-de-Marcel in the west.
