Faussergues ( Occitan Faussèrgas ) is a French commune with 141 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Tarn department in the Occitania region (before 2016 Midi-Pyrénées ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Albi and the canton of Carmaux-1 Le Ségala (until 2015 Valence-d'Albigeois ).

Faussergues is located about 28 kilometers east-northeast of Albi . Faussergues is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Lédergues in the north, Saint-Jean-Delnous in the east, Le Dourn in the south and south-east, Saint-Michel-Labadié in the south, Valence-d'Albigeois in the south-west, Padiès in the west and Lédas-et-Penthiès in the north-west.
