Saint-Jean-Delnous ( Occitan Sant Joan del Nos ) is a French commune with 418 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Aveyron department in the Occitania region (before 2016 Midi-Pyrénées ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Millau (until 2017 Rodez ) and the canton of Monts du Réquistanais (until 2015 Réquista ). The inhabitants are called Saint-Jeannais .

Saint-Jean-Delnous is located about 29 kilometers east-northeast of Albi and about 37 kilometers south-southwest of Rodez . Neighboring municipalities are Lédergues in the north and north-west, La Selve in the north-east, Réquista in the south and east, Albignac in the south-west and Faussergues in the west.
