Saint-André-de-Vézines ( Occitan Sant Andrieu ) is a French commune with 135 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Aveyron department and in the Occitania region (before 2016 Midi-Pyrénées ). It belongs to the canton of Tarn et Causses (until 2015 Peyreleau ) and the arrondissement of Millau . The inhabitants are called Saint-Andréains .

Saint-André-de-Vézines is located about seventeen kilometers east-northeast of Millau . The municipality is part of the Grands Causses Regional Nature Park . Saint-André-de-Vézines is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Veyreau in the north and east, Lanuéjols in the east and south-east, La Roque-Sainte-Marguerite in the south and west and Peyreleau in the north-west.
