Connac ( Occitan Colnac ) is a French commune with 109 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Aveyron department in the Occitania region (before 2016 Midi-Pyrénées ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Millau (until 2017 Rodez ) and the canton of Monts du Réquistanais (until 2015 Réquista ). The inhabitants are called Connacois .
geography
Connac is around 38 kilometers east-northeast of Albi and around 40 kilometers south of Rodez . The Tarn limits the community in the south. Neighboring communities are Réquista in the north and west, Lestrade-et-Thouels in the north and north-east, Brousse-le-Château in the east and south-east, Montclar in the south and south-east and Brasc in the south and south-west.
