Saint-Sever-du-Moustier is a place and a municipality in the south of France with 201 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Aveyron department in the Occitanie region (previously Midi-Pyrénées ). Saint-Sever-du-Moustier belongs to the arrondissement of Millau and the canton of Causses-Rougiers (until 2015: canton of Belmont-sur-Rance ). The inhabitants are called Saint-Severais .

Saint-Sever-du-Moustier is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Combret in the north and north-west, Belmont-sur-Rance in the north-east, Murasson in the east and south-east, Lacaune in the south, Escroux in the west and south-west and Laval-Roquecezière in the west and north-west.
