La Roque-Sainte-Marguerite ( Occitan La Ròca ) is a French commune with 182 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Aveyron department and in the Occitania region (before 2016 Midi-Pyrénées ). It belongs to the canton of Tarn et Causses (until 2015 Peyreleau ) and the arrondissement of Millau . The inhabitants are called Roquelois .

La Roque-Sainte-Marguerite is located about eleven kilometers east-northeast of Millau . The municipality is part of the Grands Causses Regional Nature Park . La Roque-Sainte-Marguerite is surrounded by the neighboring communities of La Cresse in the north and north-west, Peyreleau in the north, Saint-André-de-Vézines in the north and north-east, Lanuéjols in the east, Revens in the east and south-east, Nant in the south and Millau in the South and west.
