Saint-Cirgue ( Occitan Sent Cirgue ) is a French commune with 210 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Tarn department in the Occitanie region (before 2016 Midi-Pyrénées ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Albi and the canton of Carmaux-1 Le Ségala (until 2015 Valence-d'Albigeois ).

geography

Saint-Cirgue is about 18 kilometers east-northeast of Albi . The Tarn forms the southern municipal boundary. Saint-Cirgue is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Valence-d'Albigeois in the north, Saint-Michel-Labadié in the northeast, Assac in the east, Courris and Ambialet in the southeast, Villefranche-d'Albigeois in the south, Sérénac in the west and southwest and Saint- Julien-Gaulène to the west and north-west.
