Mézens ( Occitan Mesens ) is a French commune in the Tarn department in the Occitania region (before 2016 Midi-Pyrénées ) with 490 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017). It is located in the arrondissement of Albi and is part of the canton of Vignobles et Bastides (until 2015 Rabastens ). The inhabitants are called Mézensols .

Mézens is located between Toulouse and Albi . Mézens is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Grazac in the north, Rabastens in the east and northeast, Saint-Sulpice-la-Pointe in the south, Buzet-sur-Tarn in the west and southwest and Roquemaure in the northwest.
