Grazac ( Occitan Grasac ) is a French commune in the Tarn department in the Occitania region (before 2016 Midi-Pyrénées ) with 604 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017). It is located in the arrondissement of Albi and is part of the canton of Vignobles et Bastides (until 2015 Rabastens ). The inhabitants are called Grazacois .

Grazac lies between Toulouse and Albi . Grazac is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Montgaillard in the north and north-west, Salvagnac in the north and north-east, Rabastens in the east, Mézens in the south, Roquemaure in the west and south-west, Montvalen in the west and Tauriac in the north-west.
