Larroque ( Occitan : La Rocà ) is a French commune with 158 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Tarn department in the Occitania region . The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Albi and the Canton of Vignobles et Bastides (until 2015: Canton Castelnau-de-Montmiral ). The inhabitants are called Roucanels .

Larroque is located about 37 kilometers east-northeast from Albi in the Vère valley . Larroque is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Bruniquel in the north, Penne in the northeast, Castelnau-de-Montmiral in the east and southeast, Puycelsi in the south and Puygaillard-de-Quercy in the west.
