Puygaillard-de-Quercy ( Occitan : Puèggalhard de Carcin ) is a French commune with 391 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Tarn-et-Garonne department in the Occitanie region . It belongs to the arrondissement of Montauban and the canton of Tarn-Tescou-Quercy vert (until 2015: canton of Monclar-de-Quercy ). The inhabitants are called Puygaillardais .

Puygaillard-de-Quercy is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Bruniquel in the north and east, Larroque in the east and southeast, Puycelci in the south and southeast, Monclar-de-Quercy in the southwest and Vaïssac in the west.
