Léojac ( Occitan : Leujac ) is a French commune with 1,284 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Tarn-et-Garonne department in the Occitania region (before 2016: Midi-Pyrénées ). The municipality is located in the arrondissement of Montauban and is part of the canton of Tarn-Tescou-Quercy vert (until 2015: canton of Montauban-3 ). The inhabitants are called Léojacois .

Geographical location

Léojac is located about eight kilometers east-southeast of the city center of Montauban . Léojac is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Étienne-de-Tulmont in the north, Génébrières in the east, Saint-Nauphary in the south and Montauban in the west.
