Puylagarde ( Occitan : La Garda ) is a French commune with 334 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Tarn-et-Garonne department in the Occitania region (until 2015: Midi-Pyrénées ). The municipality is located in the arrondissement of Montauban and is part of the canton of Quercy-Rouergue (until 2015: canton of Caylus ). The inhabitants are called Puylagardais or (Occitan) Gardiòls .
Geographical location
Puylagarde is about 50 kilometers northeast of Montauban . This is where the bonnette rises . Puylagarde is surrounded by the neighboring communities Laramière in the north, Martiel in the northeast, Valhourles in the east, Parisot in the south, Lacapelle-Livron in the southwest, Loze in the west and southwest, Saint-Projet in the west and Vidaillac in the northwest.
