The municipality is located in the arrondissement of Montauban and is part of the canton of Pays de Serres Sud-Quercy (until 2015: canton of Molières ). The inhabitants are called Vazeracais .
Geographical location
Vazerac is located about 20 kilometers north-northeast of Montauban am Lupte . Vazerac is surrounded by the neighboring communities Sauveterre in the north, Castelnau Montratier-Sainte Alauzie with Castelnau-Montratier in the northeast, Labarthe in the east, Puycornet in the south, Lafrançaise in the southwest and Cazes-Mondenard in the west.
