Lavaurette ( Occitan : La Vaureta ) is a French commune with 218 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Tarn-et-Garonne department in the Occitania region . Lavaurette belongs to the arrondissement of Montauban and the canton of Quercy-Rouergue (until 2015: canton of Caussade ). The inhabitants are called Lavaurettois .

Lavaurette is located about 25 kilometers northeast of Montauban in the Quercy . Lavaurette is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Puylaroque in the north and north-west, Caylus in the east and north-east, Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val in the south and south-east, Septfonds in the south-west and Saint-Georges in the west.
