Verfeil (also: Verfeil-sur-Seye ; Occitan : Verfuèlh or Vurdfuèlh ) is a French commune with 395 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Tarn-et-Garonne department in the Occitania region (before 2016: Midi-Pyrénées ) . Verfeil belongs to the arrondissement of Montauban and the canton of Quercy-Rouergue (until 2015: canton of Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val ). The inhabitants are called Verfeillais .

Verfeil is about 39 kilometers northeast of the city center of Montauban . Verfeil is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Ginals in the north, Najac in the east and northeast, Varen in the south, Féneyrols in the southwest and Espinas in the west.
