Labastide-de-Penne ( Occitan : La Bastida de Pena ) is a French commune with 129 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Tarn-et-Garonne department in the Occitania region (until 2015: Midi-Pyrénées ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Montauban and is part of the canton of Quercy-Rouergue (until 2015: canton of Montpezat-de-Quercy ). The inhabitants are called pennais .

Labastide-de-Penne is about 35 kilometers north-northeast of Montauban . Labastide-de-Penne is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Lalbenque in the north, Belmont-Sainte-Foi in the east, Puylaroque in the south and south-east and Belfort-du-Quercy in the west.
