Parisot ( Occitan : Parisòt ) is a French commune with 600 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Tarn-et-Garonne department in the Occitanie region . Parisot belongs to the arrondissement of Montauban and the canton of Quercy-Rouergue (until 2015: canton of Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val ). The inhabitants are called Parisotins .

Parisot is about 48 kilometers northeast of Montauban . Parisot is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Puylagarde in the north, Vailhourles in the north and northeast, Castanet in the east, Ginals in the south, Caylus in the west and southwest and Lacapelle-Livron in the west and northwest.
