Montpezat-de-Quercy is a French commune with 1567 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Tarn-et-Garonne department in the Occitanie region . Montpezat-de-Quercy belongs to the canton of Quercy-Aveyron in the arrondissement of Montauban .

The community is located 35 kilometers north of Montauban , not far from Caussade . The Petit Lembous river has its source in the municipality .

Montpezat-de-Quercy has retained its medieval charm over the centuries. In the village there is a building from the 14th century , in the tapestries from the 16th century can be seen that the life of Saint Martin represent. Countless half-timbered buildings and traditional stone houses adorn the center of the small village, which is a listed building.

Every two years in August, the village invites you to the wine festival, at which wines and specialties from the region can be tasted.
