Ginals ( Occitan : Ginalhs ) is a French commune with 207 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Tarn-et-Garonne department in the Occitania region (before 2016: Midi-Pyrénées ). Ginals belongs to the arrondissement of Montauban and the canton of Quercy-Rouergue (until 2015: canton of Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val ). The inhabitants are called Ginalois .

Ginals is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Parisot in the north, Castanet in the north and northeast, Najac in the east, Verfeil in the south, Espinas in the west and southwest and Caylus in the west and northwest.
