The canton of Monclar-de-Quercy was until 2015 a French constituency in the arrondissement of Montauban , in the department of Tarn-et-Garonne and in the region of Midi-Pyrénées ; its main town was Monclar-de-Quercy . Jean-Paul Albert ( DVD ) was the last representative on the Department's General Council from 1989 to 2015 .
