The Canton Nègrepelisse was 2015 a French constituency in Arrondissement Montauban , in Tarn-et-Garonne and the region Midi-Pyrenees . The main town was the city of Nègrepelisse . From 1982 to 2015, Jean Cambon ( PS ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Département .
