The Canton Moissac-2 was until 2015 a French constituency in Arrondissement Castelsarrasin , in Tarn-et-Garonne and the region Midi-Pyrenees . The main town was Moissac . Guy-Michel Empociello ( PRG ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Département from 1998 to 2015 .
