Fréjairolles is a French commune with 1,323 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Tarn department in the Occitanie region . It belongs to the arrondissement of Albi and the canton of Saint-Juéry (until 2015: canton of Albi-Est ).

Fréjairolles is about eight kilometers southeast of the center of Albi . Fréjairolles is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Cambon in the north, Bellegarde-Marsal in the northeast, Mouzieys-Teulet in the east, Fauch in the south and southeast, Dénat in the southwest, Labastide-Dénat in the west and southwest and Puygouzon in the west.
