William Rockman is a full contact - martial artist , his career ended after he accidentally killed a young fighter. Until then, William was a regular participant in a prohibited competitive event called Terminal Combat. William's brother continues to participate in illegal, high-stakes underground battles. In a fight against reigning master The King , he is killed in battle. William wants retaliation and competes in a fighting tournament in Mexico , in which The King also takes part. In the final, the two meet and William wins.
