The third part of the kickboxing saga continues right after the end of part two. After his victory over Tong Po, it becomes clear that David Sloane is the best kickboxer in the world. To face a new challenge, he travels to Rio de Janeiro , where he is supposed to face Muay Thai Martine. Martine's trainer doesn't want his protégé to lose, so he kidnaps the sister of a young boy Sloane recently met. His plan is to persuade the gifted fighter to give up the fight, otherwise the boy should die.
With the help of his friends, Sloan is able to free his young friend's sister and win the fight against Martine.
