Karin Lambert-Butenschön

Karin Lambert-Butenschön (born May 22, 1957 in Mannheim ) is a German journalist .

Career

Karin Lambert-Butenschön first passed the Abitur examination in Saarland and then studied business administration in Munich. This was followed by a job as a freelancer at the Süddeutsche Zeitung and, from 1980, an internship at the Augsburger Allgemeine . There she worked for two years in the business editorial department before she switched to the Saarländischer Rundfunk .

From 1988 further journalistic activities abroad followed. a. in the USA and as France correspondent for German radio stations, as Spain correspondent for RTL and France Inter and at Radio Monte Carlo .

In 1995 she returned to Germany to the Saarländischer Rundfunk, where she mainly worked in the business department. Since then, she has moderated the weekly ARD business magazine plusminus for Saarland broadcasting, alternating with Pinar Atalay , Jörg Boecker , Marcus Bornheim , Clemens Bratzler , Ellen Ehni and Markus Gürne .

Lambert-Butenschön has been deputy program group leader for economy, social affairs and the environment at Saarland Broadcasting since 2004.
