Karina Plachetka

Karina Plachetka (born November 18, 1975 in Strzelce Opolskie , Poland ) is a German actress .

Life

She received her training at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts in Berlin . Karina Plachetka was one of the protagonists in Andres Veiel's long-term documentary Die Spielwütigen , published in 2004, about the careers of four acting students . She has been a member of the ensemble at the Dresden State Theater since graduating .

She took on guest roles in the television series Polizeiruf 110 (2004) as well as KDD - Criminal Investigation (2007). In the cinema she was seen in the episode film Nothing but Ghosts (2007) and is part of the cast in Andreas Dresen's tragic comedy Whiskey with Vodka .
