Karl Friedrich Demiani
Karl Friedrich Demiani (born January 10, 1768 in Breslau , Lower Silesia , † August 8, 1823 in Dresden , Saxony ) was a German painter and portraitist .
Life
Demiani worked for the Old Masters Picture Gallery in Dresden from 1811 . He compiled a catalog of the collections from 1812 to 1822 and was their first inspector from 1816. His son was Carl Theodor Demiani, also known as a portrait painter .
