Kathleen Kinmont (born February 3, 1965 in Los Angeles , California ), actually Kathleen Kinmont Smith , is an American actress .

Life

Kinmont is the daughter of actress Abby Dalton and Jack Smith. She had her first acting appearances in 1984 in a small role in the comedy film Hardbodies and in a guest role in the television series The Ninja Master with Lee Van Cleef in the title role. The following year she played a supporting role in the comedy American Ice Cream , and in 1988 she starred in the fourth part of the Halloween film series .

In 1989 she married the actor Lorenzo Lamas , who played the son of her mother Abby Dalton in the television series Falcon Crest . During the joint filming of the series Renegade - Merciless Hunt , the marriage was divorced in 1993. In 1997 she married the actor Jere Burns , which was also divorced in 1999. From 2006 to 2011 she was married to Doug Swander .

Kinmont had guest appearances on series such as Baywatch and Palm Beach Duo in the 1990s, and a small role in That Thing You Do! In 1996 . with Tom Hanks . Most recently she starred in the horror comedy Monsterpiece Theater Volume 1 in 2009 . From 1992 to 1996 she played the role of Cheyenne Philipps in Renegade - Merciless Hunt. There she was kicked out based on vicious statements in the press about Lamas' future wife Shauna Sand , who also appeared on the series.

She is currently involved in various projects as an author and director. She also runs a photo agency and also sells her own yoga video. In 2012 she wrote several articles in the Huffington Post on divorce.
