Kathryn Walker

Kathryn Walker (born January 9, 1943 in Philadelphia , Pennsylvania ) is an American actress .

Life

Walker received a Music and Acting Fellowship from the Fulbright Program after graduating from Wells College, Aurora . In 1971, she first appeared off-Broadway in her Broadway had debut in 1974 in the comedy The Goold Doctor of Neil Simon . She also made numerous appearances in television productions between 1972 and 1976, including the soap operas Another World and Search for Tomorrow , and the Emmy- winning television film The House Without a Christmas Tree, starring Jason Robards . In 1976, she was awarded an Emmy for best female lead actress in the miniseries The Adams Chronicles . She made her feature film debut in Blade in 1973 . She played other roles in Schlappschlag at Paul Newman's side , as the wife of John Belushi in The Crazy Neighbors and in the science fiction film D.ARYL - The Extraordinary .

In the late 1970s she was the partner of Douglas Kenny , who died in 1980. Between 1985 and 1995 she was married to James Taylor .
