Kattisavan is a place ( småort ) in the Swedish province of Västerbottens län , in the historical province (landskap) Lapland in the municipality of Lycksele .

The place is about 30 km as the crow flies northwest of the main town of the municipality, Lycksele on the Ume älv river . Kattisavan has a train station on the Hällnäs – Storuman railway line . Regular passenger traffic no longer takes place here. Europastraße 12 leads through the village .
