Kearran Giovanni
Kearran Giovanni (* 16th December 1981 in Lafayette , Louisiana ) is an American actress who mainly through her portrayal of Amy Sykes in TNT - series Major Crimes is known.
life and career
Kearran Giovanni grew up in Katy , Texas and attended the High School for the Performing and Visual Arts in Houston , Texas and the College Conservatory of Music in Cincinnati , Ohio .
Giovanni had her first television role from 2009 to 2012 in the soap opera Love, Lies, Passions . This was followed by a guest appearance in the series Royal Pains . Since August 2012 she has been part of the main cast of The Closer spin-off Major Crimes . At the same time, she made an appearance in the series Beauty and the Beast in 2013 .
Giovanni is married to Philip Ambrosino and has two daughters with him. In addition to English , she speaks fluent French and Italian .
