Keean Manny Johnson (born October 25, 1996 in Denver , Colorado ) is an American actor .

Life

Keean Johnson was born to an American and a British son. He started dancing at the age of five and received home lessons with his brother from grade 4 onwards . He first appeared as an actor at the Denver Center Theater in Plainsong at the age of ten . He subsequently appeared in over 300 performances on Broadway in New York City . 2007/08 he was a member of the ensemble of the musical production of Billy Elliot , the 2009 ten Tony Awards was excellent.

In order to further his film career, he moved to Los Angeles with his family . In 2013, he starred as Adam Freeman in the television series Spooksville . For his performance he was nominated for the Young Artist Award 2014 in the category Best Actor in a TV Series (Comedy or Drama) and the Category Outstanding Cast in a TV Series. In 2015 he played the role of Tom in the television series The Fosters and in the series Nashville he was seen as Colt Wheeler.

In 2019 he embodied in Alita: Battle Angel by Robert Rodriguez with Christoph Waltz and Jennifer Connelly at the side of Rosa Salazar as Alita the role of her boyfriend Hugo. For the war drama Midway - For the Freedom of Roland Emmerich , he was in front of the camera as James Murray, and he also shot for the film Cut Throat City by RZA . In the film drama Low Tide he had a leading role as Alan, in the series Euphoria he played the role of Daniel.
